Thomas J. Pallack
Chief Executive Officer
Thomas has more than thirty years of experience in successfully developing, monetizing and scaling global businesses across the technology sector. With a rich track record as a catalyst for disruption, Thomas is committed to delivering cutting edge products that keep clients at the forefront of marketing innovation. As CEO, he is dedicated to solidifying SITO as the premiere partner for location-based data, guiding the development of emerging technology, crafting breakthrough initiatives and driving exponential growth across business lines.
Thomas has effectively led sales and business development divisions for numerous global technology software companies, including Oracle, SAP Ariba, Consilium and NCA Corporation. Prior to joining SITO, he co-founded Strategic Business Velocity (SBV) Solutions, a software sales company, where he served as CEO.
Thomas holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona.
Chief Operating Officer
As COO, William is focused on leading SITO through its next phase of growth by identifying emerging market trends, launching ground-breaking technologies and pioneering revolutionary business models. He has more than forty years of experience managing SaaS and subscription model product lines, marketing analytics, software infrastructure, cloud and network technologies leveraging the Internet of Things (IoT). Overseeing all business operations and product development, William is the driving force behind the team defining SITO’s advanced blueprint for success.
Prior to joining SITO, William was the Managing Partner of LHF Healthcare, a privately-held medical analytics technology company, where he was responsible for operations, product launches, sales and strategic partnerships. Previously, William was a partner at Strategic Business Velocity (SBV) Solutions, a software sales company. Prior to SBV Solutions, he was a Senior Director at Cisco Systems, where he managed strategy and global product launches. William was also formerly a Vice President in Application Sales at Oracle and a founding member of Oracle’s Applications team.
He holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Lynn is a data-driven, strategic CFO having domain expertise in online media, consumer healthcare and software-as-a-service. Mr. Lynn served as Chief Financial Officer at MedHelp, a large consumer healthcare company, and helped to lead its acquisition by Merck & Co., Inc. in 2014. Since the time of the sale of MedHelp, Mr. Lynn has served as a contract CFO and financial advisor to a number of Silicon Valley startups and emerging companies, including Dropbox, Weather Underground, Birdeye, iMeem and others. Mr. Lynn received a Bachelor of Science, with a major in Mathematics, and an MBA, from Vanderbilt University.
Head of Product Development
Mr. Cherones leads all technology, product and advanced analytics initiatives. He joins SITO Mobile from AT&T, where he most recently held the title of Director of Security Solution. Over his tenure at AT&T, he led the creation of next-generation, big data-based advertising analytics and cybersecurity platforms. He also managed a variety of portfolios, including advanced analytics, threat management solutions and rich communication services. In his prior role, his leadership contributed to over $100 million in revenue, and laid the foundation for what is now AT&T’s multinational, all-encompassing advertising business.
Chief Data Privacy Officer
Mr. Sandoval is an experienced technology legal and business executive, having overseen legal counsel at Oracle, Ariba, and most recently at Deem, Inc. where he served as their Chief Legal Officer.
Chief Strategy Officer
Since joining SITO Mobile in 2016, Clayton has played a critical role in fortifying SITO Mobile's position as a leader in data-based marketing. In his previous roles as Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Executive Vice President of Enterprise Solutions, he developed highly-customized, strategic media solutions and predictive models, resulting in improved performance and revenue results for SITO Mobile’s cross-industry clientele.
Head of Marketing
Mr. Rogers is a veteran of Forbes Media, having run marketing and founding its Insights research arm and CMO Practice, incorporating editorial, research and events for marketing leaders. He also writes a column for the publication. He was part of the leadership team that grew Forbes.com into the world’s leading business site, and has served as Chief Brand Officer, Chief Insights Officer and Head of the CMO Practice.
