Thomas J. Pallack
Chief Executive Officer
Thomas has more than thirty years of experience in successfully developing, monetizing and scaling global businesses across the technology sector. With a rich track record as a catalyst for disruption, Thomas is committed to delivering cutting edge products that keep clients at the forefront of marketing innovation. As CEO, he is dedicated to solidifying SITO as the premiere partner for location-based data, guiding the development of emerging technology, crafting breakthrough initiatives and driving exponential growth across business lines.
Thomas has effectively led sales and business development divisions for numerous global technology software companies, including Oracle, SAP Ariba, Consilium and NCA Corporation. Prior to joining SITO, he co-founded Strategic Business Velocity (SBV) Solutions, a software sales company, where he served as CEO.
Thomas holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Saunders brings to the SITO team over three decades of experience assisting companies across multiple industries, including telecommunications and media. He has notable experience in private equity and venture capital, as well as experience related to publicly traded companies on projects such as re-engineering domestic and international operations, leading mergers and acquisitions, exploring public/private investments, and managing internal accounting and financial reporting teams, audit engagements and forensic exercises.
Prior to joining SITO Mobile, Mr. Saunders was involved in the architecture, development, publishing, support and maintenance of the U.S. GAAP eXtensible Business Reporting Language (“XBRL”) taxonomies. As an integral member of the XBRL U.S., Inc. team, Mr. Saunders provided accounting and financial reporting insight to Fortune 500 companies, developed and taught XBRL fundamentals to numerous companies and professionals, spoke at many state society meetings and national conferences, and coordinated and interfaced with the Financial Accounting Standards Board and the Securities and Exchange Commission, software developers, and preparers in connection with the XBRL initiative. As a partner of KPMG LLP, Mr. Saunders co-led transaction advisory services, led assurance teams on global engagements, developed and counseled many professionals and serviced entities across multiple industries. Mr. Saunders served as the chief financial officer of an entity providing a proprietary product to the commercial relocation industry, where he developed and led all accounting, financial reporting and fund-raising initiatives, developed all reporting and operational systems, and led and participated in principal negotiations with stakeholders.
Mr. Saunders is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New York and Connecticut state societies.
Head of Product Development
Mr. Cherones leads all technology, product and advanced analytics initiatives. He joins SITO Mobile from AT&T, where he most recently held the title of Director of Security Solution. Over his tenure at AT&T, he led the creation of next-generation, big data-based advertising analytics and cybersecurity platforms. He also managed a variety of portfolios, including advanced analytics, threat management solutions and rich communication services. In his prior role, his leadership contributed to over $100 million in revenue, and laid the foundation for what is now AT&T’s multinational, all-encompassing advertising business.
Chief Data Privacy Officer
Mr. Sandoval is an experienced technology legal and business executive, having overseen legal counsel at Oracle, Ariba, and most recently at Deem, Inc. where he served as their Chief Legal Officer.
Chief Strategy Officer
As Chief Strategy Officer, Sean leads the Strategic Advisory Group, where he focuses on enhancing SITO Mobile’s product development offerings with a data-first, consultancy approach for evolving client needs. Under his leadership, the Strategic Advisory Group provides enterprise clients with the powerful ad media and data-driven intelligence solutions they need to drive robust revenue growth.
Since joining SITO in 2016, Sean has played a critical role in fortifying SITO’s position as a leader in data-based marketing. He brings an extensive background in comprehensive marketing solutions, for cross-industry household brands and Fortune 500 companies, including attribution modeling expertise and proven omni-channel results that infuse key insights and market intelligence to deliver record-breaking performance results, surpassing revenue and profit-margin objectives.
Sean holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Houston and a Blockchain Technologies: Business Innovation and Application Field of Study certificate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
