Thomas J. Pallack

Thomas has more than thirty years of experience in successfully developing, monetizing and scaling global businesses across the technology sector. With a rich track record as a catalyst for disruption, Thomas is committed to delivering cutting edge products that keep clients at the forefront of marketing innovation. As CEO, he is dedicated to solidifying SITO as the premiere partner for location-based data, guiding the development of emerging technology, crafting breakthrough initiatives and driving exponential growth across business lines.
Thomas has effectively led sales and business development divisions for numerous global technology software companies, including Oracle, SAP Ariba, Consilium and NCA Corporation. Prior to joining SITO, he co-founded Strategic Business Velocity (SBV) Solutions, a software sales company, where he served as CEO.
Thomas holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona.
Chief Operating Officer
As COO, William is focused on leading SITO through its next phase of growth by identifying emerging market trends, launching ground-breaking technologies and pioneering revolutionary business models. He has more than forty years of experience managing SaaS and subscription model product lines, marketing analytics, software infrastructure, cloud and network technologies leveraging the Internet of Things (IoT). Overseeing all business operations and product development, William is the driving force behind the team defining SITO’s advanced blueprint for success.
Prior to joining SITO, William was the Managing Partner of LHF Healthcare, a privately-held medical analytics technology company, where he was responsible for operations, product launches, sales and strategic partnerships. Previously, William was a partner at Strategic Business Velocity (SBV) Solutions, a software sales company. Prior to SBV Solutions, he was a Senior Director at Cisco Systems, where he managed strategy and global product launches. William was also formerly a Vice President in Application Sales at Oracle and a founding member of Oracle’s Applications team.
He holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Mark Del Priore
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Mark drives SITO’s profitability and efficiency through financial planning, management and analysis. Mark has a wealth of experience in financial management and consulting, having spent nearly twenty years in the field building and growing businesses through notable transformations.
Prior to joining SITO, Mark served as CFO of Go Green Global Technologies Corporation, a water and fuel technology licensing, marketing, manufacturing and development company, where he also served as a board member. Previously, Mark served as a Principal at W.R. Huff Asset Management Co., L.L.C., an employee-owned investment manager, where he evaluated and oversaw several W.R. Huff public and private investments, including a substantial portfolio of technology, telecommunications and media companies.
Mark holds a B.S. from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Fordham University.
Chief Revenue Officer
Chet brings decades of experience to the team with his deep knowledge spanning enterprise solutions sales, strategic partnerships and business development with large-scale technology corporations and startups. As CRO, Chet leads SITO’s robust sales division focused on driving revenue and building groundbreaking industry relationships. Chet is focused on expansion and accelerated sales growth through cultivating existing partnerships and converting prospective accounts.
Prior to SITO, Chet led prosperous sales teams for large software companies such as Oracle and Lawson, where he simultaneously built new business lines and forged domestic and international partnerships. Chet has also successfully led the development of startups, such as SAP Ariba, where he raised significant capital and negotiated lucrative partnerships.
Chet holds a B.S. from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
Chief Technology Officer
Michael has global experience pioneering customer-focused cloud-based technology services for disruptive brands. As CTO, he is responsible for leading SITO’s next phase of innovation for the company, focusing on identifying opportunities and developing technologies that deliver progress for customers. An expert in identifying market trends and emerging products, Michael is dedicated to building efficient, intelligent solutions that harness the power of data in today’s multi-dimensional marketplace.
Prior to joining SITO, Michael served as the head of product at Momentum, a successful SaaS based education platform based in Sydney, Australia, where he ran product vision, technology advancement and data-driven business strategy.
Michael holds a B.S. from the University of Wollongong in Australia.
Chief Strategy Officer
Jon is a proven leader in the advertising technology industry, implementing strategies that deliver results across business operations and product development. As CSO, Jon shapes the product architecture and implements powerful partnerships that keep the company at the frontline of innovation, while always delivering on SITO’s vision for clients. He is also at the helm of growth strategy acquisitions and co-development opportunities across verticals.
Prior to SITO, he ran operations at DoubleVision, a mobile DSP, doubling the team and increasing revenue 10X, which led to an acquisition by SITO. Previously, Jon served as COO at Outdoor Hub, now Carbon Media Group, the largest outdoor sports digital media company. As COO, he was instrumental in building the company from scratch and increased profitability year over year.
Jon holds a B.A. in Economics from The University of Michigan.
Chief Customer Officer
Adam is an award-winning expert in the digital marketplace, specializing in digital strategy, sales and forward-thinking solutions. As CCO, Adam shares his vast knowledge of the advertising and media space to shape and manage SITO’s partnerships in the field. He plays a vital role in creating custom, value-oriented initiatives for clients.
Prior to joining SITO, Adam led mobile marketing and brand management at Toys “R” Us, the largest global toy and juvenile products-focused retailer. During his tenure, he built the mobile marketing practice, driving more than $100 million in sales through mobile coupons, rewards and other digital tactics. He is also an active advisor to numerous digital marketing companies such as Kiip, a mobile engagement platform.
Adam holds a B.S. from Roger Williams University’s Mario J. Gabelli School of Business.
